Return and exchange of functional products

How to reject an order before delivery:

Contact our client service at the phone number specified in Contacts or e-mail during business hours on the day of order.
Money will be transferred within 10 calendar days from your request date.
Then reject the order when the Delivery service contacts you to agree a delivery time, i.e. inform him that the order has been cancelled.

How to reject an order after delivery:

A buyer has the legal right to reject delivered products within 14 days (excluding the day of purchase).

NB: a buyer who rejects an order is responsible for paying own shipping costs for returning item to seller.

We make refunds as follows:

If a product and shipping costs were paid by a buyer when placing an order, the seller refunds product cost (excluding shipping costs) within 10 days after the product is delivered to the seller.
If a product and shipping costs were paid by a buyer when receiving a product, the buyer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for product delivery from the seller to the buyer.

Return and exchange of faulty products

We guarantee the exchange and return of your purchases in accordance with the valid legislation. The exchange and return of products of faulty quality is possible within seven days of purchase.

A defective product can be exchanged or returned.

How to exchange a faulty product for a good product:

E-mail us with the order number and photos of the bar code and the product fault.
When an exchange application is accepted, a Claims Department representative will contact you. Your application will be considered within five business days after being received.
If you exchange a product, you have to provide the product and paperwork which accompanied delivery.

If an exchange is impossible for some reason, the money will be refunded to your account.

Refund procedure:

E-mail us your bank details.
Attach a copy of the invoice (if you have) to the e-mail.
